I have improved on my writing abilities. This is so because I'm able to come up with more ways in expressing my ideas. Besides this, I'm also able to be more creative and original in writing. Meanwhile, I have also improved on my grammar. I may still make mistakes in grammar but they have been minimal compared to before. I can only say that I have improved on my speaking abilities. I have been more confident and clear in reciting my ideas in class. My expectations were met because I have learned a lot more in writing and in being better in the grammar component in English. Yes, the course has helped me achieve my goals. This is because that it gave me the necessary tools in doing better in my essays in other subjects. I have had a better flow of ideas in answering the questions in my other subjects. Besides this, I have also improved on my grammar whenever I write or say something especially in class. My professors would usually understand what I'm writing or saying in class because I make it a point that I am coherent in the things I say or write Finally, I'm able to have better comprehension in understanding math related problems because of English. I can identify which formulas to use in problems and in understanding questions better because of this.

Weight training (my routine)
Weight training is really good workout for men and women alike. It helps an individual not only burn fat but even gain muscles. Whenever I lift weights, I make sure that I do cardio first before I begin. I would do some shadow boxing or jogging for my cardio. Then, I always stretch before and after lifting weights. During weight training, I would normally begin with work outs that target my legs. I would do squats and lunges with weights. Next, I would work on my chest. I would do chest presses and chest flies. After that, I would work on my back. I would do barbell rows and dead lifts in order to work out my entire. Then, I would work out on my shoulders. I make sure that I do exercises that target the upper and side part of my shoulders. After that, I would work on my triceps. Next, I would work out on my biceps. I would normally do barbell curls for this. Finally, I would work out on my abs and obliques. Weight training really helps me stay fit and it gives me more confidence at the same time.
