Jogging

     I really started appreciating jogging since I was in first year high school. What I really like about it first of all is that I get to lose calories. Because of this, I feel more fit after jogging. Besides this, I also like gaining more endurance from doing this activity. Through this, I get to have more stamina in several sports like basketball and boxing. In addition, I like jogging because I treat it like a work out. Jogging is a form of cardio and I really take it to heart to jog as much as I can before lifting weights. This is so because the perfect work out is a good cardio and weight training program. Next, I also gain more confidence in jogging. I really get more motivated to jog more because of the music I'm listening to and I really feel good about myself after I jog. Finally, I really like jogging because I get to appreciate the sights and sounds around me more. It's really nice to just admire nature as I jog.
