Weight training is really good workout for men and women alike. It helps an individual not only burn fat but even gain muscles. Whenever I lift weights, I make sure that I do cardio first before I begin. I would do some shadow boxing or jogging for my cardio. Then, I always stretch before and after lifting weights. During weight training, I would normally begin with work outs that target my legs. I would do squats and lunges with weights. Next, I would work on my chest. I would do chest presses and chest flies. After that, I would work on my back. I would do barbell rows and dead lifts in order to work out my entire. Then, I would work out on my shoulders. I make sure that I do exercises that target the upper and side part of my shoulders. After that, I would work on my triceps. Next, I would work out on my biceps. I would normally do barbell curls for this. Finally, I would work out on my abs and obliques. Weight training really helps me stay fit and it gives me more confidence at the same time.
